Also, I was scheduled for a 3-day project, which included the replacement of some flooring in my basement. On the day the project began, we reconsidered the need for the flooring, and asked if we could cancel that portion of the job. They could not have been more accommodating to that adjustment, and made the change with no questions asked or negative attitude, even though it significantly lowered the price of the project and eliminated a whole day of scheduled work on 2-days' notice. That sort of total customer dedication is rare. I recommend them highly."

They took our basement down to the studs and put up new walls, doors, drop ceiling and custom shelving in the closets, with pocket doors. Each day they came on time, put up plastic sheeting to limit dust to the rest of the house, and vacuuming at the end of each day. When all was up they did a great job painting. "This Company had come recommended to us and the Initial work seemed good ...but then we had two more instances of heavy rain and the basement had more water coming in....twice. It turned out that the Company had failed to accurately diagnose the source of the water coming in, and therefore had not recommended the correct design/layout of the system the first time. in fact, it was another contractor that finally identified the real source, so we then had to have additional costly work done by Healthy Basement to finally fix it, in addition to having to incur additional costs to have the basement refinished again...twice. During the 2nd time we had water (post the initial work), the Company was not responsive at all in helping to remediate the water damage and the Manager (Bill) was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate in how he talked to my wife (who was of course understandably upset about the water in the basement). That all said, we have not had any further water issues since the 2nd fix....but it was a very unpleasant and expensive experience and because of this, I would not be able to recommend this business to others."
