"My elderly neighbor had a power surge from her utility pole which ultimately shorted the power in her home.  After electricians had brought power back to the house we needed to get her garage door up and running. <br /> Ed came right on time and explained things very carefully.  He replaced the motor and within an hour he was finished.  Only after he left did I realize that we needed to sync up her car opener with the new garage door motor.  I called his office, they contacted him and he was kind enough to come back to her house and give her a new opener for her car. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I contacted Glenn and he responded within 1 hour and the appointment was setup for the following week. He is a true professional, prompt, meticulous, and knowledgable. I have 2 bathrooms where there are cracks in the grout and holes/spaces that needed repair. In the basement, there were some areas where grout was missing from the sides where the floor tile meets the wall and stairs. In there kitchen there was an area on the floor where patching was needed too. Glenn was able to repair and patch these areas and also color match the grout perfectly. I am very pleased with how the work went! I will be definitely be hiring Glenn in the future."

This time round he fixed a running toilet, two malfunctioning light switches, replaced fire alarms, attached a plaque to our front door, opened a filing cabinet we’d lost the keys for, installed better lighting in a bathroom, put new hinges on a kitchen cabinet, fixed the mirrored doors of two medicine cabinets that were threatening to come apart, and probably a few other things I’m forgetting. "Better than I could have imagined. He took his time and did not take any shortcuts. He framed the lattice with Aztec. He redid a specific area that was not plum. I did not notice it and most other contractors would have just left it as is. He built a door so I can get under the deck if I need to. This was not discussed when I hired him. He took it upon himself to do the right thing. He framed the door beautifully. I've had some many contractors over the years. Most just want to get in and get out. 90% would not have put the door in without me asking (and if I did I'm sure they would have charged me more money. I will use him for other work in the future (reface my deck, siding)."
