He tried to repair it but was not able to due to the age of the unit and the damage. We needed a new unit and he was here to put it in first thing Wednesday morning. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."
