"Professional job. Upgraded the electric. Got the electric turned back on."

"The plumber arrived and spent 6 hours trouble shooting water heater problem on newly constructed home. He was good and identified problems and took action to correct, but could not fix water heater issue. He discovered there was not enough power, so he could not charge for his efforts as he did not fix it. He offered a $16 and some change monthly service plan to help with costs and I agreed, but he genuinely tried his best including replacing two heating elements. His company brought two electricians who were here for 1 hour and charged over $300 to report there was a break in the wire and did not repair. Next day the builder of the house brought his electrician for 30 minutes, made repairs finding 3 wires leading from breaker box, but only 2 leading to water heater. He diagnosed a junction box somewhere was embeded that the 3rd wire went to. The two remaining wires had been accidently crossed and were wired wrong to the water heater. He corrected that and was done in 30 minutes."

"The service tech found a rusted broken wire and replaced the wire."

"Terry, the owner, was very polite and on time for the estimate. The two workers showed up a half hour late, but were also polite, introduced themselves, and worked most of the day installing a new "pipe" which held the wires from the new meter they added to the mast. They also did an update on an inside box to make it to code."

"What an absolutely amazing experience! I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, quality, and friendliness of Alpha Electric. I had a complete panel refresh and electricity run to a nearby workshop. The work was completed on time and they communicated well at every step of the process. They will be my first call for my next project."

"Had multiple can lights installed to update home. Work was done in a very prompt and professional manner! Prices very reasonable. Would definitely recommend for any electrical project!"

"Well we were going to do a ground mount using re-purposed
metal, but there was not enough of it. So Renewable Engineered Systems designed
a system for the roof of the house. We Worked with Brian Brown who helped us
decide what to use.   The solar panel
system is very neat. Get to watch my power everyday.

"Prudential has done my annual maintenance for a couple of years. Recently the AC gave out after 17 years with the original unit. Prudential was prompt in their response to look at the issue. They proposed options to fix, but I chose to purchase a new unit. There was no pressure from anyone to purchase a new unit which was good. Keith was my sales representative, and was very professional with his recommendations. I got 2 additional quotes from other vendors before choosing to go with Prudential, and I am glad with the decision. Unit installed and working great! Keith even made recommendations on window replacements that would make the overall home much cooler. Looking into that now. Much thanks to the Prudential team for making this process easy, especially in times when people are struggling in general with the Coronavirus situation. Great work Prudential team!"

"I would highly recommend Vertical Electric. Casey was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to diagnose the problem I had with the main circuit breaker and quickly fixed it. He also corrected an electrical problem I had with my ac unit without charging extra."
