"It couldn't have gone better! I put in a quote request yesterday, and received a call within 20 minutes from Doug at A Action Appliance. He listened while I explained the problem with my washing machine, and put my mind at ease saying it probably wasn't anything too serious, and it would probably be worth it to get it fixed. We made an appointment for this morning (the next day) between 8:00 and 12:00. A little later I got an email to confirm the appointment, and another one so that I could track my service professional to see how many more customers he had to get to before he got to me. I didn't end up using that as he called at 8:00 and said he was on his way. When Paul showed up he was very courteous even offering to put on shoe coverings to enter. I showed him where the washing machine was and he went to work. He told me it was a bad lid switch and let me know the price to replace it. I agreed to the price. He was done within a 1/2 hour and asked me if there was anything else he could help with. I did have him price 2 other jobs, I decided against it today, but if I do decide to do the projects, I will definitely go with A Action Appliance. They do a great job, they are friendly and courteous and keep you informed every step of the way. Thank you."

"We are exceptionally happy to have found Roland. We initially contacted him to help us with a number of small jobs that we had been putting off because we just couldn't figure out how to do them ourselves. With his expertise, he was able to tackle them all in a day. He even finished a job we had started and gave up on (installing ceiling mounted curtain rods) at no extra charge! It was super to be able to cross off all those tasks and have them done so well.
Not too long after, a piece of the wood floor in our bedroom cracked and left a large hole. We called Roland hoping he could repair it. Unfortunately, it turned out the floor could not be repaired because it was more than likely that other spots would develop due to the age, material, and lack of subflooring. Roland recommended a new floor and took the time to explain why he thought this was the best option. He never pressured us to have the installation done by him; he was just honest about what he thought was required to fix the problem. We did some research on our own and in the end decided to ask Roland to install some bamboo flooring. He did a beautiful job, cutting the sections so that the grain pattern looked aesthetically pleasing, removing and reinstalling the baseboard, and even reseating our closet doors just because he noticed they could use it.
In addition to being talented, Roland is also very personable and easy to talk to. His prices seem very reasonable to me. I am not surprised he is very in demand, and that can result in his being a bit tricky to schedule, but he always got back to me and tried hard to find appointment times that worked for both of us.

"All work that was under contract was done. If the service provider was unable to fix the appliance, Choice Home Warranty replaced it. Everything went well and I am very pleased with my warranty company. I have and will continue to refer to refer people to Home Choice Warranty."

"Terrific!  Derek was wonderful.  The one comment I would make is that it's fairly easy to overestimate how long various tasks will take.  Derek completed 8 or 9 odd jobs in about an hour.  I thought that I had a few "extra" tasks on my list in case time allowed, but he was extremely efficient and blew through the list!  (Of note, I hit the Home Depot the day before and bought all the items I thought he might need for the tasks on my list and also had tools available, which I guess might have contributed to his efficiency.)
Would recommend really assessing everything that you'd possibly like done so that you get your "money's worth" on this special.   I still feel comfortable with what it cost (essentially his normal rate) because he did a great job and was wonderful to work with. Just wish I could have used that second hour.

"We were extremely pleased with all the work done by this person all of which was done at a very fair and reasonable price. Dani did multiple projects and did them all very well. He cleaned and painted 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and the entry and hallway. All walls, ceilings and trim were painted and the job was very neat. He replaced three smoke/co2 alarms, a toilet seat and a kitchen sink spray hose. In addition they did a deep cleaning of the entire apartment, appliances, cabinets bathrooms, etc. It is now rent ready and looks terrific."
