Workmanship was 5 star, worked full days, used quality materials and the fit and finish is beyond our expectations. Phil and his crew are AMAZING!! I only have pictures of the two additional projects, one a storage area and the other an eating area built on top of a tree with a 1.5" gap between deck and tree platform to conform to code. They verbally quoted a price range of $10K–$20K, but later billed me $31K without providing any updated estimates or seeking approval. They also assured me there would be no issues with my insurance, which turned out to be false. My insurance company also found Rocky Mountain Restoration’s pricing to be well above industry standards and refused to cover the full $31K. Another company quoted $12K for the same work, and my insurance determined that a fair price is $23,859.46. I am misled and overcharged, and I cannot recommend them based on this experience."
