They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"We are staying at an Air Bnb in Prescott. On Saturday the bathroom toilet became clogged and backed up into the shower in the guest bathroom. The owner contacted Ben Franklin Plumbing in Prescott. Andrew Korland plumber came at 8 pm after completing another job. He was professional, courteous and had great attention to detail. Once he assessed the problem , he contacted the owner before beginning the repair process. She approved the work.Andrew immediately began solving the problem running almost 80’ of coil to unclog the drain at the clean out site. We had a working toilet by 9pm. Andrew was calm and explained what he was doing before and during the process. He also provided his contact information afterward in case we had questions or concerns. "Our main installer was Jesus, and he carefully explained each step of the work and then went over all the information we would need to know. We are very happy with all three items, saving electricity with the SolaTube as we no longer have to turn lights on during the day in our Master bath dressing area, we hope that the Solar attic fan is helping to keep the house cooler by exchanging the air in the attic when it gets hot.
