"We are been working for the last 5 years in remodeling our house little by little, so far , this was the worse experience of our lives, nothing was done as we talk to the sales person, took more then twice of the amount of time to finish, because was a one man show, he and he alone did everything, so took forever to finish. We didn?t have a sink for over a month. Plumber was a ?fill the blank?so bad , we need to pay for our own plumbing. I am sure others have very good experience, ours was hell. Worse experience ever in any project of our house, I regret and i will hate my kitchen, If i ever get enough money, i will re do it in a hard bit. Worse company ever , Is nothing Magic about that company at all !!!!!! No stars, minus 5 stars from us"

"Josh and his team were excellent. He came out to get the measurements and was very thorough. His shop was equipped with proper tooling and machinery to handle any size project. He did a first class job. This is my 5th time using a custom cabinet shop and I would recommend Elite to anyone looking for good craftsmanship and a fair price!"

"I first submitted my information to this company through their website. I received no response to that. I then called them twice to give my information. Each time I called, they told me I would hear from somebody in two to three days. I didn't receive a reply until I left a negative review. By the time I heard from someone named Ed, I already had another company out to inspect the damage in my home. I told Ed I'd get back to him if it didn't work out with that company. That company didn't get back to me for me to pay them and provide the estimates. I decided to try submitting my information for a project on Yelp. I received interest from one company. That company didn't call when they said they would, so it seemed like it was going to fall through with them. I called back Ed to set up a day and time to come out to visit. I ended up hearing from the company that I found after submitting my project to Yelp, and it seemed like they were going to come through with the estimates I needed. I called Ed back to cancel our appointment because I didn't want him wasting his time coming if this other company was going to provide the estimates. This other company wasn't calling when they said they would, getting back to me days later when I wasn't sure if I was ever going to hear from them again. I decided to call Ed to reschedule another appointment. This time he told me his boss didn't want to be involved with providing estimates if they're going to be used in a lawsuit. He referred me to another company, which didn't respond. After getting the runaround from two other companies, Ed and AW Martin got rid of me by referring me to a company that also didn't want to get involved. If a company has a problem with their estimates being used in a lawsuit, that sends up a red flag for me. It's frustrating, but I'm quickly learning how to deal with contractors. Don't tell them what you intend to use their estimates for. Fortunately, I've found a fifth company that I believe is going to provide the estimates I need. I was honest with them and told them why I needed the estimates, and they're even willing to appear in court to back up those estimates for a fee. In that case, I'm sure I can trust them, and their estimates will help me greatly with my lawsuit."

"I thought I had submitted a review in 2019, but Angie's List is saying it was never completed. I met with Bob Rose from Bellari in April 2019. He was professional and honest during our conversation. He provided a prompt estimate and answered questions that I had. He also mentioned that I could go to their showroom to see different material. I ultimately did not go with Bellari. Went with someone who was a little less expensive and had done other work in the area (jury is still out if that was a mistake or not)."

"literally the worst. we decided to go with this company, pay a little more, to ensure we would be provided a seamless installation of our new HVAC system and it has been nothing but issues for the past 2 weeks. we’ve had a total of 5 technicians come out on 3 separate occasions, only to leave our house with 3 separate issues that are still not all resolved. the communication has essentially bee nonexistent. i still havent received a call for follow up on the issues we experienced last Wednesday. Do yourself a favor and go with another more reliable, trustworthy company that will listen to their customers and put their customers first."
