As overwhelming as having a basement, and kitchen remodeled could've been this company was always very patient, and professional. The work was never stalled. The men arrived, and worked diligently every day until all projects were completed. The attention to detail, and insight from the workers was astonishing. Working with this company made large, possibly stressful jobs much more tolerable. My kitchen was remodeled from floor to ceiling, and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. My unfinished basement was entirely enclosed to include a laundry, and mechanical room. The rest of the basement is now livable, enjoyable family space that turned out more beautiful than I had imagined when the projects began. The work throughout is so precise, and on point. "Tom and team did a basement remodel for me about 13 years ago, including adding a bathroom. Subsequent projects were window replacement for the entire house, and new roof/front porch. We received numerous compliments about the roof and front porch as it improved the entire look of the house from the street. He also replaced my concrete driveway to make it double wide. The most recent job was updating the columns wrapped around the porch. They were wrapped in aluminum which looked great but seemed like squirrels like to chew on them. Went with a different material this time around."

"My bathroom looks exactly how I imagined it would. STL Build Pro did an excellent job. My bathroom was very outdated, it was totally gutted down to the studs and remodeled to a more modern bathroom. The workers were very professional - even when I would make surprise visits on my lunch hour just to see what was going on. They were always working and took time out to explain to me what was going on and where they were with the project. With any project, there were a few minor issues but nothing that took a lot of time to fix. I highly recommend Jason, Tony and his crew."

"Rich and his crew were always nice and easy to work with. The framing of our basement went up fast. We noticed a creaking on our main floor from the framing in the basement. It was fixed asap. Electrical and plumbing took a few days. My husband did keep an eye on this since he knew what he wanted specifically for internet and cable outlets. We did have to have them make a few corrections. There was an issue with plumbing when they were setting up the 3/4 bath.

Lines got crossed with the hot water heater and we went the weekend without hot water. It was fixed first thing on the Monday they returned. The paint job is probably what we are the least pleased with. We choose Behr Castle Path 730C-3. They only did one coat of paint but it really needed 2 coats. After the carpet was installed we marked with stickers where paint needed to be touched up. We went through several stickers to mark all the spots. He did come back to do the touch ups but we still need to finish them because he didn't get them all. For the 3/4 bath Rich installedthe floor tile, shower, pedestal sink, mirror, hand towel holder, glass shelf, toilet, and towel rack. Any construction job is going to have its hiccups but any issue we had was handled easily."
