Get matched with top drain line breakage camera locaters in Flinthill, MO

"Mike, the owner and Adam, the technician who came, are both wonderful people to work with. They went above and beyond what I would ever expect in figuring out where the drains were blocked and clearing them. Let's just say that not every outfit would work for 2 hours late on a Saturday and then the owner drive 30 minutes with more equipment, get on the roof in dark and ice, and snake thru the roof vent! I later learned that Mike is a former fire fighter who is, apparently, fearless with ladders and heights, dark and ice. Just call Sludgebusters if you need the best!"

"Very professional. Cleaned up everything no mess left behind. I thought my new sink that I had installed was clogged not draining right but ended up just being the stopper. He also put a plate around the pipe to make it look better."

"Jacob thoroughly looked over everything; water lines, gas line, igniter, gas valve, connections, etc.. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly and even educated me on a few things I didn't know."

"The man that came out was not able to repair my problem, but he tried. When he was unable to clear my line he did not charge me and directed me to a competitor. The man has a good work ethic and is honest. I wood use him again."

"Since I do not know what the going rate is for a lateral line repair we got two quotes. Mr. Rooter gave us a cheaper quote than the other. After speaking with a number of people (friends/family) they tell us we paid too much. Later after work had been started I learned South St. Louis county has a lateral line repair program which would do the repair at no cost to the customer. This program was never mentioned during the time when given quotes by either company. Because the work had already been started and paid for, we could not get re-imbursed through the south county lateral line program from msd. So before you have your lateral line repaired check with the South St. Louis lateral line repair program to see if you can get the repair completed for free."

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. The three men I worked with were all very professional and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again. Phil Lykens"

"Everything went well, will ask for Scott next time I need a plumber."

"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."

"Chris did a very professional job. Although he could not locate the source of my particular problem, he scoped the main line so now I know that that is clear and know to look elsewhere."
