"From the time I spoke to the sales person every aspect of this install was professionally handled and all worked completed in a timely manner. The two project managers are the best I have seen in the home improvement industry. They listened to all of my concerns and addressed the details of this project in an outstanding manner. They made sure all additional materials were delivered immediately so there was no holdups in the work progress. Both of their attitudes were outstanding. I was also very impressed with the actual crew who preformed the install. They are true craftsmen. I personally have knowledge of what goes into a roof installation and this work is the best I have seen. From wood replacement to removal and replacement of five existing roof windows the work was excellent. The new windows were properly taped and flashing installed per the manufacturer specifications. New ice guard, underlayment and drip edge were also installed perfectly. Finally the roof was shingled with Owenâ s Corning Duration product. From the drone photos this is one beautiful roof. "Jeremy did a great job. I had a deteriorating roof. Shingles had blown off recently. Jeremy and his crew worked in 35 degree weather to replace my whole roof. I had originally intended to do it in the Spring but I didn't feel I could put it off that long. Because of an impending ice storm, he had a two- day window to get it completed. He showed up promptly when he said he would and kept me posted on his progress and timeline. The job was completed on time and on budget. It was done very professionally. After it was completed, the job site was thoroughly cleaned up. I would highly recommend Jeremy for any future jobs."

After I scheduled (and paid) for my roof repair, a week went by without hearing from them. Once I reached out to them, I received a shortly worded reply that the work had been completed. "He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"We are pleased with NVB Contracting overall. We called them based on a referral from a neighbor who had an excellent experience with them. NVB helped us work with our insurance company, met the adjuster at our house and ensured that he saw the wind damage that they had found, and agreed to do the repair work for the compensation our insurance company decided on. They took photos of everything before they did the work. The process of selecting our new shingles and other materials was very easy, and I understand from friends in the business that we got quality materials. When the work was completed it was done well. The roof was removed and replaced in one day. The one negative is around clean up. A month later I find a few roofing nails in the yard and some misc old shingle and roof paper debris that comes from gutters, bushes and trees. Not a large amount and I hear from others that had their roofs replaced this is normal. For the approximate estimate the roof surface area is 2942 or 29.42 squares."

"Cleaned and repaired gutters. Installed gutter toppers and downspout extensions to divert water away from house. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. When they were done, everything looked good and has functioned well, keeping water out of the basement."
