"Rene and Maurico installed a new air conditioning unit in my home. They negotiated fairly and were responsive to my questions. A team of five arrived for the installation. They worked together like a well tuned machine. Everyone knew what they had to do and when to do it. There were no mistakes. They were here by 8:00 am and were finished by 4:30. They answered all my questioned and responded to my phone calls. They were polite and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves and left nothing damaged. More companies should operate like them. In purchasing my new machine through M and L, the service fee from the first visit was deducted, and the price of the machine completely reasonable. They took away my old machine, brought the new machine, hooked everything up, and showed me the differences between my old machine and my new machine.
