"Replaced old outside air Condenser and attic Air Handler with new updated equipment and refrigerant. Dan and Joe did incredible job on probably the hottest day of the year and got the job done fast. They were extremely effcient and and showed great professionalism and honesty. They made repairs in the system that they felt was needed to enhance my new system without charging me for the extra work. I'm sure that another installer would not have bothered to do that. They were very respectful of my Home and took great care to be clean and safe. I highly recommend this company."

"The entire experience from the discussions with the company rep Scott O, to the completion of the installation was excellent. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The Mitsubishi unit itself is an excellent product. Cools quickly, quietly, and is multifunctional. The installers Brian and Moses did the job in a courteous, knowledgeable and efficient manner. All stages of the job went smoothly. Functions of the unit and use of the remote were explained thoroughly and a booklet was provided that reinforces the information. Cleanup was excellently done. I am very pleased with the communication with Scot O choosing the product to be installed, getting questions answered as well as with the knowledgeable, courteous and efficient installers. I highly recommend Elm Air Conditioning."
