"What should have been a 2 week project became 6 weeks. Scheduling and personnel problems were evident. Days would go by without any work being done. Tile was done incorrectly, so was removed and redone at Re-Bath's manager's direction. Construction dust was supposed to be contained. At this writing (4-12-15), we are still cleaning up construction dust and debris. Shower glass walls and door were slow to be shipped and installed. One piece of glass was cut or ordered incorrectly, resulting in another weeks delay.

On 8/25/2025, a technician, Josh Keith responded to our call and replaced some malfunctioning shower caulking at no charge. He was on time, performed an excellent replacement job in less-than an hour, and stated it was within warranty. We appreciated the prompt response to our problem and the cordial and appreciative attitude while here - kudos to Decatur, Jacuzzi and Josh Keith."

The work looks so professional, it looks as if the closet is a part of the house’s original design, very seamless! Part of our back porch was used for the space, and one of the living room windows had to be removed. We’re still in awe of how it looks like a window was never there! "They placed cloths throughout the house each day they worked to protect our floors. They removed and replaced everything in our bathroom with expertise. This includes our bathroom floor, vanity/sink, removing tub and installing a complete show with glass doors. They also painted and installed a light/fan combo above our shower. We love everything!"

"Mr. Webb came out to do my estimate quickly after my initial request. I had some odd jobs around my house that I have been meaning to take care of. He charged me a flat, per day amount that I thought was very reasonable. I ordered the columns that needed to be replaced in front of my house and he told me that his crew would pick everything up from the store on the way over to do the work.
It was the easiest process I have ever experienced with a service provider. He told me when they would be out, which was about 2 weeks from my initial contact ? very quick, in my opinion.  I also didn't even need to be home since everything was outside that needed to be repaired.  When I got home from work everything was complete and looked so good.  I was also provided all of the receipts for anything they had to go out and buy to finish the job, which I really appreciated.  The only not positive thing for me is that I wish I would have had an idea of how long each job would take.  When I got home early that day to check the progress, they were already finished.  There were a couple other minimal things I could have had them do (replace two lighting fixtures outside) if I would have known the time for completion on the other jobs would not take a full day, since I was paying a per-day rate.  However, as I?ve said, the rate was very reasonable, so I wasn?t too worried about it. 
Overall, it was a very positive experience.  I already know that I will use them again for a later project and have recommended them to others.
