"We called Cook as they have a good reputation and we had work done by them previously. Our cabinets are 20+ years old and a dated natural (?) finish. I just wanted to have them painted and to keep the granite countertops that we installed a few years ago. When Natalie, the kitchen designer saw them she felt that they should be refinished to contrast w the counters---not painted. I am so glad I took her advice. Luis and his crew did a marvelous job.He is a perfectionist and did lots of prep to protect existing surfaces. If he wasn't happy w an area, it was redone.In addition, we had some new drawers and pull outs installed. We are very happy with the result---Luis put a beautiful finish on the cabinets in the kitchen and laundry room. With Cook you get professional results at a reasonable price."

"We had Floyd and his crew build a guest house/casita on our property. Floyd handled all the work, from the design/architecture (done by his wife Sue), getting all the concrete work done, all the carpentry, electrical, plumbing, finish work, etc. In the end we have a beautiful 1 bed room, great room and kitchenette Casita with a rooftop deck! All the work was professionally done, very clean, high quality construction. Floyd knows his stuff, or he learns it - the roof top deck was a new experience for Floyd, but he worked closely with the materials supplier to do an excellent job and get certified for future roof deck projects! All in all, we are very well please with the results! Looking for more projects to bring Floyd in on. I would highly recommend Floyd for any remodel or new construction project!"

"We interviewed multiple companies to tackle our bathroom and bedroom renovation. The project would entail enlarging a 7x6 bathroom, large reach in closet with full mirrored sliding door and extra-large bedroom. Our end goal was to utilize every square inch of this space and have a workable inviting area to call our master bath/bedroom retreat. He not only listened to us but gave us his honest feedback and was able to make our new living space inviting. The whole process took about 9 weeks, only a week after what was expected due to issues getting materials. "WOW, WOW, and WOW!!! Dana and his crew did a fantastic job! They arrived on time and did what they said they would. The crown molding was really the "crowning touch" for our home. We had no idea how plaln everything looked until it was completed. (I will be adding photos)...EVery room looks gorgeous. The real "Crowning touch" is the way all the corners look, They stand out and really add a decorative touch to the rooms. They moved furniture and did not make any demands on us to be furniture movers etc. Then after, they cleaned up and put everything back the way it was. (I can't get house painters to do that) You really will not be disappointed if you call them."
