"We have been using Cummings Termite & Pest Control for over 25 yrs. Started off with monthly pest control, and now past several years, annual Termite Control. They always show up on time or sooner with the scheduled appointment. This was the annual Termite renewal inspection. Rick performed the inspection. He inspected the exterior perimeter of the house, added granules, then the garage, and interior of the house from top to bottom. He is very thorough with the inspections, and a very good person. "Green Mango is good at killing bugs!  They aren't so good at working with customers on scheduling.  They like to schedule you and show up when it fits into their "optimized" routing system.  If their preselected date and time aren't convenient for you it is very difficult to get them to reschedule.  I have had numerous conversations with the office staff to resolve this issue but it seems like the same thing happens every time they schedule.  I like to be there when they complete the service to allow access to all areas of the home.  Apparently many customers don't have that need so they schedule them when its convenient for Green Mango.  I have dealt with both owners and they are professional and helpful when contacted.  The office staff can get rude at times when calling to reschedule their preselected service time.  Overall I am happy with the pest control but disappointed in the staff and scheduling issues.

"Danny and his assistant, Kevin, are professional and knowledgeable about mouse and pest control. They put mouse bait stations around the house, plus I requested a perimeter pest control spray. They also suggested adding rodent spray foam to fill a small opening on porch, and to add a flange to a door on the porch. They have come back twice since the initial visit, and are good about texting me to give me a heads up about their arrival time. They are also very personable, and make mouse and pest control almost fun. I can them the Mouse Squad."

It was extremely reassuring that Jared took the time to make sure every area of my property was sprayed and set up for successful pest control until the next service.
