"The technician finished another job early and called and asked if he could come by early. Not an issue and he arrived, reviewed the wiring on the two switches installed by the builder. They were not properly wired and he stated that this type of wiring is no longer performed this way, and he was able to fix them quickly. Since I am an advanced DIY'er he educated me on the old switches that I was trying to replace and actually gave me a diagram on how 3-way switches operated. Thanks for the work and the education."

"I cannot say enough good things about American Electrician. Shortly after buying our house and building out the barn, I called them to add additional power to the barn. When they quoted the job, they also gave the option to upgrade the existing circuits to current code. I opted to have them do it all, just for a little piece of mind in our new home. When the electrician arrived on the first day of the job, he realized that the job was bid incorrectly because of the dirt floor in the barn. The electrician knew before he touched anything that it was going to be significantly more work than bid. To American Electrician’s credit, the stuck by the original quote and never once tried to change that.
