"Of the contractor's we had come out to give us a bid on the painting, I was sure The Paint Doctor would be the highest bid. Surprisingly, not! In fact, the experience from beginning to end was top notch. Joe, the estimator, was very friendly and gave us many choices on the kind of Sherwin Williams paint to choose from. After he inspected the house, he went to his car & put the whole proposal together for us. We were concerned about our metal barrel shingles and being sure the painter would know where to step in order not to dent the shingles. Joe assured us that their painters were familiar with this type of shingle and there would be not problem. Martin did everything from the power washing to causing, painting and staining. He did an excellent job and you could tell he took pride in his work. We are happy to recommend The Paint Doctor to anyone and felt the pricing was excellent."

"We called John from Improvement Pros to restain our deck but realized that the wood was in worse shape than we thought so he ended up practically replacing the whole deck.  He was meticulous with his work and knew what he was doing.  He also replaced some rotten wood on my front door and since he was from North Carolina I figured he was familiar with that kind of problem.  Who would have thought that we would have so much rotten wood problems in Colorado since we live in such a dry area.  
John was very professional and whatever changes we wanted or anything we didn't like was met with a "yes ma'am" every time. The weather caused the project to take longer than what I had anticipated but we are very happy with the finished deck and I think we got a very good price compared to what other neighbors were paying for their deck.

We have had them do some spot roof repairs in the past, and they have always been prompt, communicative, fair in pricing and thorough in their work. This last job we were looking for roofing reinstall estimates, as well as GACO coating estimates. Due to the type and condition of our roof, we opted for the GACO coating. We also had some fiberglass roof panels on our patio blow off in a windstorm and they replaced these too, providing us with a 5-year warranty on all of the work. "Daniel was our project manager and he was great. Came out and walked the house with us to give us an estimate. Agreed to 6 colors and some light wall repair. He also agreed to come back and finish the job after a remodel was finished in one room. His guys got right to work a couple days later and finished the entire job in 2 days. Based on the inspection, he sat down with us and explained how he would help us to fire the claim with our insurance company (because hail damage was found), educated us on our current shingle, the new building code requirements, the GAF roof products, and the GAF warranty packages, helped us understand each of the steps.
