"Steve organized the work of several sub-contractors and got most of the work done in 4-weeks. We were out of the house about 1-week. The work included replacing or repairing 99% of the ceilings on the house's main level and some in the basement, repainting all main level ceilings and walls, replacing all smoke detectors and numerous can lights on the main level, removing and replacing the attic insulation, Ceiling fan replacement, Carpet cleaning and some replacement, some roof repair work, re-roofing a shed, sandblasting and refinishing a privacy fence and large deck, some window and screen damage, Skylight Replacement, replacing all gutters and downspouts, and a number of smaller tasks. The best part is that when additional damage was found that was not included in the original insurance settlement Steve and Angie worked with the insurance company to get the additional repairs covered and taken care of. When it was all done our out-of-pocket expenses were just our Insurance deductible and a handful of other items we asked them to do that were not part of the insurance settlement."

"Better than expected. Hot wire was installed along the mesh cover which is tedious work. With extra wire left over they also installed the wire in the gutter which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The electrical cord was hidden as well as could be and everything was picked up and clean when the job was completed."
