"They were phenomenal, from Dan the owner to Bill the production manager and the most amazing crew of Ricky, Nathan and Nathan. Dan was gracious to gove me multiple quotes and answer numerous questions and he even stopped by my house on the last day of install to see how everything was going, he was just pure class and with NO high pressure sales tactics at all. Bill was great as well to explain how everything would go, how long it would take and gave us everything we asked for. But as great as these guys were the install crew was the best possible experience. Ricky, Nate and Nate were courteous and professional and cleaned up everything great. Ricky was just amazing and even joked with my kids a little about how the windows were installed. This is a top notch group who I will constantly sing their praises for many years to come and will only use them in the future for any window or door projects. "Reasonably priced, good response to my RFQ, Window mfgr made a mistake on two of four windows. Cincinnati Glass quickly responded to coordinate with the mfgr to get the problem corrected. Cincinnati Glass even had the Mfgr call me with an apology for their error."

"It went great.  The added $500 was well worth it. He was able to install it without drilling holes on the curb using a bonding technology instead of screws to the curb. This gave me peace of mind that the granite curb would not be cracked during install. Secondly the quality of a frameless enclosure far exceeds that of a stock framed enclosure and looks very expensive. The glass is 3/8" thick and the overall design quality is far superior. Lastly, to have installed the box store enclosure myself would have meant countless screws to fasten the enclosure to tile and granite....the time, risk of cracking, and risk of a shoddy job was easily offset by the price.
Other's have posted a B on pricing for Cincy glass. For a shower enclosure they're definitely an A. Aside from that mentioned above I loosely called around about a labor/material install and was quoted a minimum of $600 more for the same job, and I am not sure they were planning to provide a frameless design.

"The front door, area surrounding the entrance to the home and the front porch, and the garage doors looked beautiful after the work was completed. My neighbor even commented on how great this looked! Darryl and his team also cleaned the gutters, power washed the deck and some small spots on the brick. The deck and back doors looked great! I would hire again for handyman services or painting jobs."

"We were trying to find somebody for over a year now to repair the paneling and to take care of the roof. We had a major roof issue with our sunroom. Originally we went down to Cincinnati to bring back a couple of panels for a four season sunroom. McMaken is a distributor for four season sunrooms. So we went down there and talked to James McMaken, the owner. We asked him if he ever did any work in Columbus. We were very impressed with him and it was a relief to be able to find somebody who would take care of the porch for us. So they came out a couple of weeks ago and took out all the shingles and put in the new panels. They also put new OSB boards on top of all the panels on the entire roof and re-shingled it. They also fixed some gutter issues that we were having. They are a family owned and operated business. They were very honest and it was kind of refreshing to work with people like that. Hopefully we don?t have any more issues, but if we have any more, then we will definitely use their services again."
