"Overall it was an okay experience working with the designer. I would say budget at least three to four weeks (maybe longer if you are not a pretty decent DIY person that can provide excellent drawings and dimensions) to work with a designer. The designer doesn't respond quickly and if you want to speak to the designer you have to visit an email link to set a time for one free 15 minute consultation. So think about this, you spend double digit dollars on cabinets and you get told to basically communicate via email, which slows the process down considerably. Additionally, be prepared to send the same information such as dimensions multiple times (maybe it was just my designer). In my case even the final, final proposal stated I didn't provide appliance dimensions even though they were provided 3x??? You just keep being told "we are busy". I went ahead and purchased and the final design and layout was very good. Honestly, for the price and headaches, you can go to Lowes or Home Depot and get faster service, get your countertops done at the same time, and it would be 1000% faster and probably more competitive."

"The crew of Discount Renovations, headed up by Perez Graham, did an outstanding job! Our old home, build in 1990, was in dire need of face lift, and the old pink tile just had to go. Perez and his team completely gutted the master bathroom. They replaced or refurbished everything except the existing water jet tub. The job consisted of installing 0.500" Turkish marble on the floor and walls of both the new stand up shower and water jet tube. The walls were not exactly 'true' but this did not deter Perez, who squared up everything and it looks beautiful. The finishing touches included adding dental crown molding to match the master bedroom. The multiple coatings of stain and seal will assure the wood will remain maintenance free for years to come. The attention to detail was fantastic and he and his crew worked very well together. I'm sure that we will looking to 'repurpose' the remaining marble tiles in another room and we will be reaching out to Discount Renovations to do a quality job once again."

They worked through new year, snowstorms and they had it all done. They even helped me move out of the house so they could do the work and move back into the house. They even put furniture together for me so that I could be moved back in and everything ready by February.
