"After finding mold growing on my daughter’s bulletin board and noticing that her clothes smelled musty, we called Tactical Drying Solutions. Jeff replied quickly and was very responsive. He was very thorough in looking for the cause of the humidity/moisture. Once he identified it, he ran a particulate filter and drying fans and made recommendations to the landlord. He was knowledgeable, reliable and thorough and committed to resolving the situation. He was easy to work with, he always did what he said that he was going to do and I felt that he had my daughter’s best interest in mind while navigating a challenging rental situation. I trust and highly recommend Tactical Drying Solutions."

"Justine from Prostar was very knowledgeable and professional. She gave us great price options and followed up after the installation to be sure we were happy. They were on time and did a great job! The technician thoroughly explained what they were doing and how long it would take. We had several quotes/options, but Prostar Water definitely provided the best product and service for the money!"

"We live in South Austin. High winds broke a large tree and it fell on our 8-foot fence. The fence was pulled free from the corner post causing the fence to fall over and dislodge two of the metal posts. I had two other fence companies give bids for the repair. Neither proposal offered the services I requested. Both companies proposed more extensive work with bids from $1350 to $1500. Neither was willing to only replace the damaged posts like I asked, and they couldn’t get to a job “that small" for over three weeks. I called Mark Libby of The Fix It Man Repairs. Mark offered to come the following Wednesday to do a free estimate. I sent pictures of the damage and asked if he could give a “ball park” estimate from the pictures. I asked him to come on that day and fix the fence rather than to just make an estimate. He said he would arrive by 9 AM. He got to our house at 8:45, surveyed the damage, determined what materials would be required, and left to get materials. It turned out that ten-foot steel posts were not readily available at the home improvement stores. He called twice to assure me that he was still looking for posts and had not abandoned me. He returned about 12:30. I thought there was no way one person could finish the project by the end of the day, but I was wrong. He did an excellent job, removed all the scrap pieces, and was finished by 4:45 PM. Mark did the exact task that I had wanted and saved me a substantial amount of money. Mark does work outside of Cedar Park. I will not hesitate to call on him again for my maintenance, repair, and renovation projects. I heartily recommend him to anyone in need of a handyman. Mark knows how to fix it."

"Mike did an excellent job on repairing roof on my rodent problem and cut some branches that were over lapping my roof that were not on my list.  He made extra trip to store to change a part that did not fit.  Quality work at a reasonable price.  Would definitely use him again."

"That worked out just fine. They cleaned my living room and an upper larger room. They showed up on time and did a good job."

"What they also did was break my garden hose holder while attaching the hose to their rug cleaner.  The holder can't be repaired."

"Restoration royale did an amazing job at locating and removing mold that was found in a wall cavity due to a bad section of caulk in my shower wall. I appreciate their great work and honesty all at a fair price!"

"The craftsmen were great and the work was done well. The office staff were crappy. I did not care for the salesman or the office staff. I will not use them again."

"Finding a remediation company that will also handle rebuilds was a huge pain. Researched and called a bunch of places. Finally settled on ServiceMaster by All Pro. I had a fridge leak that caused water damage to wood flooring, walls, and custom cabinetry in my kitchen. I just had Service Master do the containment and mold remediation plus the wall/cabinet removal/rebuild. The original flooring company handled installing the custom wood flooring afterwards. The remediation was done promptly (which is very important) and professionally. HEPA fans, containment and the other items specified in the mold remediation protocol I had done by mold testing company, Mold Inspection Sciences, were strictly adhered to. The drywall was removed up to four feet to ensure no damaged area would remain and cabinetry/wood flooring was removed from the damaged area. Everything was dried out and thoroughly cleaned. Jeff Wyble, Juan Quintero and crew were very professional and did a great job. There were some delays related to the rebuild and some times where I had to call multiple times to try to get something scheduled, but this work was also done right after Hurricane Harvey hit Texas, so this type of work was in high demand. So, it is understandable, but it did require some patience. I would not hesitate to go with ServiceMaster by All Pro again. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for and I was very happy with the work. I was glad I didn't go the cheap route with another company and get substandard work or result. They had to rebuild custom cabinets from scratch and get them to match the other cabinets that weren't damaged in the kitchen. I was really worried about this part of it since it had the potential to change the look of my kitchen, but they did an amazing job and it looks exactly like it did before. Huge props to them!"

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
