Rest of them either ignored me or told me that they never did this kind of work. USR also gave us the best quote among all. The whole process went smoothly. The boss checked the progress every day to make sure that it was on track. The workers would even work on the weekends per our request. The boss also gave us a lot of good ideas (e.g., creating more storage room which we will need in the future). We had some misunderstanding at the very end of the project. The boss clarified it to us very well and resolved the problems in a timely fashion. Overall, we are very satisfied and will hire the contractor again.
