"Greg was the first service person I've dealt with who took the time to explain the problem and recommend several steps to take care of it. He returned to provide the service for step one, completed the job quickly, and left me with a functioning sink and garbage disposal as well as the name of another service provider for the next step. "The technician came out, assessed the problem and fixed it. My frost proof faucet froze during the winter and the pipe burst. It appeared the vacuum breaker may have gotten clogged and the water did not drain out of the faucet causing it to freeze and burst. The tech had to cut into the basement ceiling to get to the pipe and unfortunately the heating/AC ductwork was in the way so he had to cut another whole. An honest mistake. These older houses don't have shutoffs or access panels for plumbing. The tech fixed the faucet then went to my other faucet and rebuilt it so it would work and not freeze up. He did that on his own initiative. So my faucets are good to go and I am much more secure in knowing my faucets should be okay. He did a great job and was a good guy.

"After seeing a coupon and reading some reviews on Angie's list, I called Paul at 8:00am after the refrigerator had not been working for the past 24 hours. He returned my call by 9:00am and set an appointment time between 11:00am and 1:00pm. He arrived on time. He tested several parts of the fridge and explained that the problem was with the defroster thermometer. Went to purchase the new part and replaced it. I was so pleased that he actually returned my call in a timely manner, arrived at the appointed time, and explained exactly why the fridge wasn't working. He was friendly and the price was very fair. We will keep his business card handy for any other repairs we need."
