"The service rep. Angel and his helper Matt were very professional. The initial service was the spring startup of my lawn sprinkler system. Once the system was operable it was pointed out that it had 2 underground leaks. The leaks were immediately repaired and the system retested for any further problems."

They would come, but I don?t need you to break my stuff. The in-ground sprinklers come from inside of the house. I had to get a plumber in there after they left. The guy said, ?Oh, I didn?t break it!? I don?t touch any of those water knobs. So, if I didn?t touch it, who touched it? The dog, really! I did not like them. I had taken a contract with them for the year and I don?t know the cost. We used them last year and not using them this year. When I called afterwards they could have called back. When I called to say something, no one ever followed through. Stupid things happen, things break and it may not have even been the guy?s fault. I called more than once, I expect a phone call back, and not from the receptionist, who you speck to, the girl you get on the phone."

"I was having  a problem with water leaking out into the yard from an unknown source. Called several companies (I open the system myself) who said it was probably a defective valve or leaking manifold causing the issue. I asked for a ball park number which ranged from $200 to $325 "depending on what would have to be replaced". I called Quality Irrigation who took the time to ask specific questions on the phone. He came up with the same diagnosis but said with any luck it may be repairable without taking apart the manifold. He came out the next day, literally took the valve apart to find that a stainless steel nut was stuck in the diaphragm causing the value to slow leak and flood the yard. He reassembled the valve, boot up the system and it worked like a charm. He charged me just for his time, $85. I now have a new sprinkler service company! Thank you..."

"Edgar and his brother Christian are a great team! They run two crews and work diligently. They have a variety of skills that most Mow Blow and Go lawn services don’t have. They know how to plant and tend perrenial and annual gardens, can build raised vegetable beds and irrigate them! We built a huge kitchen garden with their help. It is stunning. They alway make suggestions and wait for approval before doing any added work unlike MANY in Scarsdale. There is nothing worse than getting a bill for work I’ve never asked to be done. Christian has worked on many side projects one on one with me - it’s great to have the extra help. He takes direction well and worked fast. Edgar is a smart foreman who comes up with great solutions for many problems large and small and keeps within budget. Also they come when you ask them to do a walk through. Jesus the owner and elder brother builds houses from the bottom up. With these three any job can get done. But with all contractors get multiple quotes, understand the materials used and I found that they are worth their price which is usually fair."

"My first review was great . But after two weeks I feel I had to follow up with the disappointed results . After I called and told Juan about my flowers dying out already , he first quickly blamed the weather and me not watering enough( which was completly false ). He ended up changing my two dying flowers with to new one (supposedly ) . They looked exactly like the same ones That we're dying. Two weeks go by and now I have 4 more flowers with mold spots and now they are dying as well. I called and texted Juan , but now he doesn't return my calls or text . Also don't let him talk you into putting in a water sprinkler system , you can easily do this yourself by just basic watering . He will press you on it , so consumer beware . . I had high hopes for Juan and his team , very disappointed"
