The tile in the shower had come loose causing water to gather and cause damage to the wall behind. The Ceramic Man did the necessary repairs and restored the shower to its original state. "On my first call, I left the Grout Medic a message on his answering service, and he returned it promptly.
He was articulate, clearly answered my questions, and was able to schedule a visit at a mutually convenient time.
He arrived at the appointed time.  I was not there when he came (my adult son was), but the feedback that I got was that he was professional.  His work was very nicely done; better than the tradesman who renovated my bathroom 3 years ago.  He left the bathroom as clean as he found it.
His minimum fee is $150.  This was a very small job, but I can understand the pricing as he does have to factor in travel and drying time.
I would definitely recommend him to others.

"Hi Tech repaired my roof, replaced my gutter, and waterproofed the back side of my home. Took about a week to get an estimate, which was fairly priced. I liked and appreciated how usman explained exactly what needed to be done and any suggestions he had. We had to wait on the weather to cooperate to do the work. The job took 2 days and after 2 weeks with multiple rain showers, its definitely a job well done. Would have loved to do business with them in the future but never received an estimate for the project I prioritized. Still, the team was personable and extremely knowledgeable.
