"I had the attic of a rental property converted into two bedrooms which needed framing, hanging sheet rock, base board molding installed and handing doors. Tom was able to fit me into his schedule and complete the work with-in 2 weeks. He came back quickly fixed a few misunderstandings as to what my expectations were and it looks great. I am excited about the finished project. I would contract out with him again."

"Bidets were installed with no issues"

"Both Tara and Robert have been very professional and courteous from the time of the first call till the end. Robert gave extra attention to my specific water heater needs and came back a second time to install and remove a recirculation pump. Also fixed a minor leak on a Sunday. I have recommended to have them add to my HOA preferred vendor list."

"Went above and beyond, installed new fixtures and updated some of my pipes. I couldn't have asked for a job to go any smoother."

"I don't think they are open anymore. I didn't get a response to my Angie's List request and the phone number provided is no good."

"Chris of CM Contracting contacted me promptly to schedule an appointment to discuss the projects.  He conveniently scheduled an evening appointment to meet with me.  We reviewed the projects and he offered advice on the door that would work best in my home.  When the materials were in, Chris contacted me to schedule an appointment to complete the work.  At the scheduled time he arrived promptly with an electrician and 2 others to complete the work professionally and promptly.  They installed a toilet, a ceiling fan with a remote, a hallway fixture and a bi-fold door.  They did excellent work, removed the old items and cleaned up the areas they worked in.  I just moved to the area and I am extremely pleased to find a contractor who does excellent work at a fair price. Chris followed up with a phone call to make sure that I was satisfied with the work completed.  I highly recommend CM Contracting and plan on using them again for big and small projects in my home.

"Mark is an AMAZING contractor, not only as a professional but a really nice personable guy. He arrived every day in a cheerful mood, and did an absolutely outstanding job remodeling my condo master bathroom at a very fair price, and I am totally thrilled with the outcome. He also installed a bathroom fan that other contractors said could not be done or didn't want to take the time to figure out how to do it. Kudos to Mark on that accomplishment!! He made sure I was happy with everything that was done and if I made a change, was more than gracious to make that change, something I have not found with other contractors I have hired in the past. He finished the job within the time period promised and wasn't charged one cent more than his estimate; in fact he purchased things that I needed along the way and didn't even want payment for those items. I could not end this review without mentioning his helper, Dave, who accompanied him every day. He was a very polite, respectful young man and even took the time to do something for me that wasn't even related to the remodeling project. I highly recommend Mark for any type of remodeling and would definitely use him again in the future if and when the need arises. Thank you so much Mark for a job well done! You are the BEST!!"

"Because of the great reviews on Angie's list, I wanted Dennie's Resurfacing.  I paid more for the service because he came from 2 hours away.  It was worth the extra cost.  I am a shoeless house and when they came in they graciously removed their shoes and were so considerate of my home. They cleaned up after themselves and removed the old glass doors I no longer wanted. That was impressive to me! They were so kind, cordial, and respectful.  The tub looks brand new--that saved me thousands of dollars and all the mess of construction!  The only challenge was the smell (I'm a health nut) but they do "green" so I was just patient for the smell to leave (I do not have a window in that bathroom); however within 24 hours the smell was gone. They have a five year warranty...so I hope to not need them, but if I do I'll report on warranty service at that time.  I wholehearted recommend this company.

"Exceptional service and right on time. Technician was very helpful, informative and arrived on time and ready to tackle the assignment. Cleaned up after the job was done and everything worked perfectly when he was done setting everything up. The tech proceeded to walk me through all the new components he had installed and I felt very confident that he’d done a phenomenal job. I cannot wait to hire again for all my future electronic installations."

"I would definitely recommend JP trucking they are excellent workers, polite and take their job very serious, they did an excellent job cleaning out my garage got rid of all my junk and I didn’t have to lift a finger they did all the work for me. I would definitely hire them in the future. Their price was very fair considering they fact that they were willing to travel about 30 mins to my house."
