"Project went very well and the team worked quickly. Everything that I wanted was accomplished. The only issue is a crack that has developed on the back patio. This is due to the existing patio being poured over and not cut out due to being monolithic with the house foundation. The difference is how the concrete was married together is the reason for the crack and not the fault of work. Reason for 4 star is some property was damaged by operator of a skid steer. Parts were paid for by contractor but operator could have been more careful to avoid the issue altogether. Highly recommend."

"In terms of RESPONSIVENESS, PUNCTUALITY, and PROFESSIONALISM, this provider was OUTSTANDING!  She picked up her business calls in a very timely fashion, responded to my home even faster, and did obtain the correct motor and pump for my pool.  The only problem was in the quality of the repair since the plumbing parts into and out of the motor were the incorrect piping (not pressurized pipe) and were not sealed correctly.  This led to a whole separate problem with the pool plumbing system.  The plumbing problem created by the motor and pump repair was eventually diagnosed and repaired by a different provider.  I just would have preferred a single point of communication from one pool professional.  <br />"

"It went really well.  Kevin came by and gave us great detail about what drainage plan he thought would work for our particular situation.  He told us on the first visit that he guaranteed it would solve our problem.  As soon as the weather suited, the crew came and worked all day digging drains and putting in the special piping.  After the next rain, we contacted Kevin and suggested it would likely need more work.  As soon as the ground was dry enough, the crew was back at work, again for a full day.  The follow-up was perfect and we could see immediate results with the next rain.  We are pleased customers.   <br />"
