The second visit involved a minor issue that was quickly resolved. I felt that he should have been compensated for his time, but he refused any payment! Both the Owner of the property and I have made several attempts to reach out and try to resolve the issue and the damages, and we haven't gotten any calls back. This is unprofessional and downright negligent. I hope you all have insurance, because you will be left with all the damages if God forbid a water line is mistaken for a stud. Please do the right thing and call us back. This has been going on for over a month now with no RESOLVE."
