"This is my second time using this company and I have been pleased with both. I have also hired them for another project. The service has been great. They insulated the rim joists and windows in my basement and just installed blown-in insulation in my attic. Very fair pricing. I am very pleased with the work this company has done."

"On-time, friendly, efficient, a great work ethic and kept the house clean in what could have been a messy process. Answered our questions and worked w/ our requests. Final cost was exactly what we had been told and expected. If you need assessment of the attic, replacement of bad insulation and radiant reflective material installed, this is the fellow to call."

"In addition to 2inch thick Thermal Shield with insulation of my rim joists they completed, I also hired them to complete my Radon Testing and then [based upon the results] just had them install their Radon Remediation System - Judd was excellent to work with and did listen to my basement unique needs and completed all the work as requested. I would recommend them for both of these services they offer."

"Awesome job of insulating the attic willing to explain any concerns .felt sorry for the tech because of the high temperature that day but he never complained. Great job"

"On time and did not have to remove pets while being installed or change regular life in the house. Very little noise during install. did not take very long less than two house. 36r for this area but I had 49r total after the adding to 30r."

"I FELT PLEASED WITH BRENDAN AT CBI LLC HE WAS HERE ON TIME AND FELT HE DID A GOOD JOB AND WAS NOT UNREASONABLE ON HIS PRICE. I FELT HE WAS HONEST AND WELL KEPT APPEARANCE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO FRIENDS OR FAMILY NEEDING INSULATION. I WAS HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND HIM FOR THE JOB."

"My siding project was started late in the year. I was concerned about the crew getting caught in the cold weather but they were well prepared and every morning they were ready to go. The crew jumped right into the tasks with little guidance and stayed busy all day. They talked and joked frequently but that seemed to keep their mood and energy up. There were few problems except for some cold mornings and frost that could affect ladder work.  Also included was new Sherwin Williams 20 year paint  on the wood trim  and 3 kitchen windows were installed. I noticed a remarkable increase in comfort inside this past very cold winter after the house was wrapped with HardieWrap and the new siding. The job finished more or less on time and looks great."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
