"Great! Everyone we worked with was professional and so nice. They told us the truth about our roof (that it was in pretty good condition and would likely last several more years), whereas another company tried hard to push us to replace it immediately. Also, their bid was about a quarter of the other bid we received! We really appreciated that they fit our repair in so quickly. And also that everyone was safe and respected COVID protocols - they all wore masks and distanced, even when outside, which made us feel really comfortable. They truly live up to their name, and we will be going back to them when we need to replace our roof!"

"I would hire again, want to say that first. But I tend to review throughly and frankly. The project took longer to both get started and to complete than quoted. The start date was apparently complicated by things beyond control, but that wasn’t helpful to my situation. Jason had no problem getting me the brand of shingle I wanted. Clean up was ok and plant protection was ok, perhaps a balance- I am still picking things up, but would rather do that than have more plantings stomped. That is a communication thing, I feel. I called them back for a rotting eave, that they repaired at no additional charge. I appreciated that, but I understood that they would look for and repair any problems they found. I got the impression that they felt it was not really part of the roof, and I understand both opinions. The crew was courteous and friendly, the roof is beautiful and does not leak and I would hire again."

"The good experience with Raindrop started with the estimate; Lee was knowedgeable and up front with me about the need to fix my chimney before they could do the roof work; neither of the other roofing contractors had mentioned that. When I accepted their bid, but the work couldn't start for over a month, they held the original price even though the cost of materials had just gone up. When they came to do the work, they were courteous and always willing to answer any questions I had about the process. And Ryan, the owner, is a real sweetheart; he came by at the end to check and make sure I was satisfied, which I definitely was. "We had Ramon come up and quote us a roof tear off and replacement including 7 skylights. He was our 3rd bid. He was very competitive pricewise and gave us a 40 year roof where the other were quoting 30. Now for the work. His crew started tear off on a Friday and had it completed in just one day. This is where I had my concern - just how much debris would end up in the driveway, lawn and landscaped areas ? I came home from work and his guys were hand carrying the old roofing up and over the roof into a dump trailer. They were very conscientious. You couldn't have filled half a trashcan with what ended up on the ground after the tear off. They also cleaned up several times during the day and they always cleaned up before leaving. I went out a couple times and started picking up a bit and I was always told "we'll clean up" They also made several sweeps around the entire site with a magnet to pick up and nails after they were done On to the roof - Malarkey Vista AR 40 year roof shingles, Artic Seal barrier roofing felt and even leaded pipe vent flashing (no silicone rubber booted flashing to rot out in 15 - 20 years) and Velux skylights. all top shelf material. His crew started Saturday morning , on site promptly at 7 am. They had the garage half of the front and almost the entire back of the house roofed on Saturday. They peaked out Sunday and installed the ridge vent. I even asked if they would sheet my woodshed and roof it since they were here and they knocked that out in about 3 hours. Probably the only guy with a woodshed with a 4o year in the neighborhood ! 49 square tear down and replacement in 3 days seems pretty impressive to me. These guys totally rocked this job ! I was and still am very impressed with the quality of work they did ! For a roof replacement I can't recommend Ramon and Spruce It Up Northwest highly enough Nick Teeter"

He gave us a timeline and their team was actually able to start our roof a day early (after calling to confirm that was ok). Their team was very good to keep us informed of the plan, and they left the area around our house very well cleaned. JLV also used quality materials. "All Roofing Eagle did a fantastic job on removing our old shingles and installing a new roof. I have never seen anything like it. In one day a large crew showed up, removed all of the old shingles, checked for plywood damage, and installed a nice new shiny roof. Plus they cleaned up our property and gutters of debris. Very professional and great communication. Amazingly enough they had the lowest bid too. Talk about taking the stress out of a large project. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing to replace an old roof. These guys are work horses."
