"They were amazing to work with and were able to diagnose our issue very quickly. He came out on Christmas Eve when all the other companies were not able to come until Thursday. That would have left us without heat for 2.5 days. Luckily I found Earthwise on here and they dispatched someone within 1-1.5 hrs. They worked very hard to de ice our heat pump to ensure his diagnosis/repair was successful. It was and he also found and fixed a issue with our emergency heat. Thanks earth wise!"
