"Joe, the owner of JD Michael Construction, and his crews are top-notch. When we embarked on a very personal new construction project - the building of a tiny house on our property for a family member - Joe was the first and only contractor that we interviewed, as we felt comfortable with his knowledge, skill, and fair pricing at our first meeting. (It helped that he also came highly recommended by a trusted friend.) Joe’s honesty and integrity were evident from the beginning, and his knowledge and skill in building and coordinating new construction shone through the project every step of the way. Joe hired specialized crews who shared the same attention to detail that he has, resulting in a solidly-built and beautifully-finished structure that not only met every need of our family member, but also added to the aesthetic of our property. New construction is a stressful and long process, but Joe walked us through every step of the way with patience, skill, creativity, and solid understanding of permits, codes, and inspections. I highly recommend JD Michael Construction."

"The team that performed the work were punctual, courteous, professional, neat, and the roof looks great (and no more leaking). Gary took time out of his holiday/vacation to personally contact me to make sure the project was completed to my satisfaction. The professionalism and customer service is really impressive. Bottom line: Perry Hall Remodeling goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy and truly satisfied with the job. I am!"

"Everyone told us what a headache it would be to build a home from the ground up...and we could not disagree more! Daryl Brackett and his team were professional, superior craftsmen, and were with us every step of the way. The job site was always neat and clean. We came to rely heavily on Daryl recommendations for quality products and his advice on basic building decisions we had to make. And....he stands behind everything he is done. We could not be happier! Our home is beautiful, we learned (and even participated) in the project ourselves and we know we have a truly solid, truly gorgeous, truly well-made place to call home! Call him! You will not be disappointed!!"

"VKB far exceeded out expectations for our new kitchen design and installation; as well as, the resurfacing and stain/varnish to my existing floors and stairs. My wife and I are very pleased with the final outcome. Money was well spent. Base on our experience, I would not hesitate to recommend their services again. Jack and Suzanne McClinton."

"We highly recommend Taylor Made Custom Contracting. Kevin, Tim, Rick and Co. provided much more than expected in the level of detail given without prompting. Exceptional customer service and HIGH QUALITY workmanship. We love our new room (and all the extra side projects they did) Great value added to our property with minimal stress. They were there on time every day and delivered everything and more than was promised. Definitely will ask them to come back for future projects. Top notch professionalism is so appreciated and hard to find. Look no further!"

"I highly recommend TMS Commercial Builders. I had an unfinished basement completely remodeled. Ted is very personable and listens to what you want. Ted is very detailed oriented. Ted and his crew are very approachable during each phase of construction. Ted and his crew are very polite and respectful to you , your family and your property. Any change to the original plans are address immediately. The finish product is exactly as planned and discussed with Ted. There are no surprises. What you want is what you will get. My project was completed ahead of schedule and with no changes in budget. I will use TMS in all future projects."
