"Within a day or two of our inquiry, owner/manager Kyle Hodges was here to evaluate our problem and give an estimate for the work he discussed with us. Although we live in a townhouse, the record-breaking Maryland rainfall and the slant of the front lawn toward our foundation had caused serious water build up at our foundation and threat to overflow into the basement.. For several weeks we had been bailing rainwater round the clock from the trench that had formed at the front of our home and using dozens of paper towel rolls to absorb water. Kyle saw the seriousness of the problem, brought his co-worker Matt who would do the work to help plan their project and scheduled a date. Matt was excellent and very thorough. So far the work they did has solved the problem successfully, and we look forward to their return in the spring for more corrective landscaping. "We are very happy with the quality of their work. Over 5 days (plus a cleanup day), they completely pulled my front steps apart and put them back together. Many of the stones in my steps were cracked or crumbling, so they brought a big pile of large slabs. They had a rock saw, and they were able to cut the slabs to fit like jigsaw puzzles on each step. They used concrete to anchor the slabs and cement to fill between them. The guys who did all this were punctual and easygoing. The last day a couple of them came back to clean up and fix any imperfections. The only thing they asked of us was a power source; I left an electrical extension on the porch plugged to an inside jack. We would certainly hire them for any other projects in their line."
