My deck is an "L" shaped deck, and I requested that the planks were installed on the diagonal, which is more difficult, but they did it. They resurfaced the trim across the front of the deck and the "L" shaped seats/benches, and those planks are on the diagonal as well. They also replaced all the railings. After they did all that, they stained everything that they did, exactly how I asked them to, which included two different stain colors with two coats each. I am so happy with how it turned out.
