Get matched with top tankless water heater installers in Forest Lake, MN

"Gabe came by and viewed the utility room and listened while I explained what I hoped to accomplish - in order of priority: increase space in utility room, replace 15 year old water heater and non-functional softener and address some plumbing issues (pin hole gas valve leak). He took pictures and brought them back to his team to discuss and called that very evening to discuss possibilities. I had a talk with Nate who was stronger in the softener and technical aspects the next day and we discussed possible solutions. In the end, we decided that the more expensive option of a tankless (we had considered a tankless years prior as well with them and a competitor) was the more cost-effective solution. I was also very pleased with the professional, friendly and efficient installation service. Clean and quiet (within reason; they did drill a couple of holes through our brick wall), quick and considerate (the broke a part of my washing machine sitting the process so ordered a replacement part right away and they will come and install tomorrow)"

"Needed a water heater.. Came out That day. Gave me a very reasonable bid. Installed it the next day. Very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely use them again."

"They were excellent to work with and straightforward with pricing and helped me get my hot water heater up and running. This was to get my existing water heater up and running for now not install a new one like the caption says."

"Paul did excellent work on replacing our pressure tank. Also, redid plumbing pipes by water heater."

"I was going to have some work done to my basement and needed the water heater moved. It was time replace the heater so I asked Northern if they could remove the heater and install the new one the next day. They were fine with that. The workers were very professional and friendly. The installer took the time to explain all the controls and maintenance. Very pleased with results"

"They did an excellent job installing a new water heater. Highly recommended!"

"After reading all of the horror stories people tell about HVAC companies, I feel a little out of place writing a raving positive review about the company I do business with. From the call to schedule a service to the salesperson helping us decide which stove best fits our needs to the technicians who install or service our equipment, every contact with Comfort by Design is like living in a commercial where everything goes right. The company always lives by its quotes, the technicians always go beyond the expected, and for the first time in my life I am not tempted to do the work myself to avoid the hassle and disappointment when the work isn't done well, quickly, or for the price I expected. If they keep this up, I won't know how to do anything for myself in a couple of years."

"Know that if you do the tankless water heater there needs an outlet near by to power the digital display and condensation pump. ISO know they will send an electrician and that cost is separate"
