"Needed someone to come out and look at an exterior outlet. Steve was quick to respond to request on Angi then came out at a moments notice. Incredibly thorough, quick and efficient work. Enjoyed talking with him as he worked and he was able to explain what he was doing in simple and effective terms so I could understand. Price was more than reasonable and he was honest about not wanting to overcharge for things other contractors might. "Consistent, professional, personable… No notes! We contracted Loveland Home Solutions to update our aging home’s electrical system. (update panel, install new recessed lighting, add some new outlets, install surge protectors, etc.) Their responsiveness and professionalism exceeded expectations from bidding to work to follow up. Brendin was great at follow up, answering questions and helping us find the best solution for us. Austin and his team were great and respectful of our home and their work precise and thoughtful. They weren’t the cheapest bid in the pile, but the little extra in our mind was WELL worth the peace of mind and confidence to have true professionals on the job. "Sam did a major overhaul on an outbuilding at our new shop in Union, MO to turn it into and office. New roof, flooring, repaired lots of water damage, paint, and cleanup. The work was done in a timely manner. Pricing was reasonable. They stayed within budget and let me add on a couple things. 😁"
