"Chris (owner) is always friendly, very punctual, and is extremely conscious of the quality of the work he performs (he treats your home as if it is his own). Chris power washed the complete exterior of my home (all vinyl siding) with a bleach activated cleaner for $250, and he power washed my deck and applied 2-3 coats of TWP Pecan stain to my cedar deck, which is approximately 400 sq ft with sunburst spindles all around it, for $550.
I have been using Chris since I found his A-rated business on Angie's List in 2009. Even though I call him annually, he'll inspect my deck and sometimes tells me I can wait another year before re-staining (he has done this a couple of times over the past several years). Chris is very honest; he only performs his work if he thinks you really need it. He hasn't raised his prices to me since I first contacted him in 2009; he said as long as I keep calling him back each year, he'll keep this prices constant for me.
I highly recommend Chris and his business to others.  I'd rate him an A+ if Angie's List would allow me!
