"- We found ML Contracting LLC on Home Advisor and they did not disappoint. Mike and his men were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.  The Plumbing, electrical work, dry walling, and painting were completed competently and in a timely manner.  The project was managed and supervised  by Mike, who also performed some of the work.   In all, they were a super team---fine young men.
We are very pleased with the finished product.  The corner fireplace is  raised and built into the wall, adding ambiance.  The flooring is tile plank, that resembles wood, and looks great.  We have a built in closet and there is room in the utility room for a "fort" and toddler table and chairs, etc. under the stairwell.  Now, our lower level has a library, bar, rec room, storage room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom-----and our latest ALL PURPOSE room!  When we have an overflow of family, it will become our fifth bedroom.
We highly recommend  MH Contracting LLC.

"Bruce and his guys did a great job on multiple projects. They repaired the deck and three season porch, replaced damaged wood around the garage, installed siding, and replaced the kitchen counters. His bids are detailed, so there are no surprises, and the work is very reasonably priced. Everyone showed up on time and got the jobs done in a timely manner (based on past experience with other contractors, that is highly unusual!). I needed other work done that Bruce does not do, so he recommended another contractor That contractor also turned out to be excellent!"

"Shawn and his crew did an excellent job. They were tidy, they communicated and they were flexible when I had additions to the scope of work. I highly recommend Cocara Remodeling and would absolutely use them again for another project in my home."

"Excellent skills, perfect ethics, creative mind, smooth communication, unbeatable pricing. What more can you ask for? Jose has become a very dear friend to our whole family. (Yes, even the kids! They love him too.) We’ll continue to work with him for all future home projects. (And yes, he can do all kinds of things. His scope is amazingly broad!)"

"Scot and Tina were excellent to work with on my Screened in Porch. Very friendly and very responsive. Their main contractors, Brian and Stanley, were the best on the job site. Each evening, they cleaned on the site and stacked things neatly away so we never had debris everywhere. I would highly recommend Leave it to Weaver for your home. Sincerely, Dave and Danette Randolph"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Foristell, MO

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
