"Zen windows just replaced 57 windows in my 22-year old house and did a fantastic job. I did my research and had 4 different estimates. They were very competitive and used a solid product (ProVia Windows) , not to mention and lifetime warranty on windows and labor that is transferrable. Hopefully, I will never have to use the warranty. Here is why I recommend them: 1.Easy estimate/ quote and negotiations. David, the sales guy, was very responsive to my questions even at 9pm at night. He also arrived on time and came back to answer more questions. 2. Product (ProVia Endure Window) seems like a solid and good quality product. ProVia is known for their doors and recently moved into the windows around 2010. We go the Endure brand- great energy efficiency with u-factor .27 and solar heat gain coefficient at 0.19. 3. Payment due at the END of installation. No down payment needed. They accept payment plans. Took about 10 weeks for windows to arrive 4. The Measurement guy (I think his name is Michael), very professional and arrived on time-had to come twice as I added a last minute window. - I was told the last window would arrive late and that installation would occur at a different time, but they all arrived on time. 5. They had 2 Crews working and they were great. Because of all the demo, my house looked like a war zone. But they were very respectful and cleaned after themselves. It took 2.5 days. They took down all the window treatments/ blinds, tore down the existing windows, replaced them all. We had some dry rot on one window and they replaced it (charged me for materials and time). They DO NOT do any spackling or painting FYI. (If you know you have a problem with a leaking window, MAKE SURE you check the wood prior to having them put the new windows up. - That would be the only concern that I had. I missed looking at the window sill prior to them replacing them but they said the wood was not dry rotted like the other one. They said not to worry though b/c of the warranty. Personally, I don't want to have to deal with the warranty but that did give me some piece of mind.) They cleaned all the windows and checked each window and put the curtains/ blinds back that I wanted to keep I also had 2 screens that were damaged and one lock that was not working. They fixed the screens, and someone will come tomorrow to fix the lock (one week later) 6. Job walk through and instructions on how to use the windows were done with Luis (supervisor) and again with James the lead foreman. James also called every night to check on how things were going. I also liked that we discussed final payment before it was due. OVERALL, a solid company with a good product. Of note, soon after the job was done, we had temps in the 80-90s and did not need to turn on our AC until the 3rd day. the windows were able to keep the house insulated. Normally we would have had to put the AC on the first day it in the 80s. Happy so far!"

"I had new glass installed in a patio door, a three window bay with floor to ceiling glass, and a front window. All were custom wood windows that were old. Metro did an outstanding job. They had a competitive quote. They were professional and friendly. They cleaned up after the work. My wife was happy. All good. High recommend."

He and his team are willing to inspect the wall over even night hours, holidays and weekends checking out and follow up any unexpected subsequent issues arise after the initial work. The issues were unforeseen by Dave and his team. Dave and his team worked tirelessly and came out with a unique and creative solution to permanently fix the issues. The Company did not even charge for the additional work. I just cannot thank you enough Dave and his team for professionalism and customer dedication and that I am extremely with the experience."

"Fantastic experience with JS Jackson! They did 2 projects for us - window replacement (6 windows for a townhouse) and cut and install new kitchen window. The leads on each project were very knowledgeable and great at explaining the process, answering questions, and advising on the best products for quality, budget, design, and function. Workers were friendly and professional. The office staff is very responsive at handling scheduling, permits, invoices, etc. It’s been several months and the windows are clearly properly installed, well-sealed, no leakage, and outside framing looks flawless. "Sliding door unable to move for years. Dexter was the only technician that came and was able to repair. He fixed some damaged wood. Change rollers and made a few adjustments. The door felt like new. Very professional, communicated thoroughly and got the job done. We have some window work to do and we will be having him back to do the work. They responded to my initial inquiry promptly, sent someone to thoroughly assess the necessary work, and then met and exceeded my expectations when completing the work. I needed several repairs to set of French doors. One company wanted to replace the entire door set for $3500. Jim the Handyman did only the necessary work for $285. I appreciated not only the quality of the work, but the honesty about what was required. I'll now use Jim the Handyman for a variety of projects around the house when they come up. Kudos!"

"Nova did an excellent job. The sales person was thorough, very responsive, and easy to communicate with. The installers were very professional and did a great job. The manufacturer originally sent us the wrong window tint (Nova's order was correct, but the manufacturer made a mistake in fabrication). Nova was super responsive and helpful and fixed the issue in a very short time. Excellent service!"

"Thomas M was an excellent technician and did great work fixing all the basement windows around the house. These windows are difficult to find a replacement but he was able to repair and repaint them. The other technician was Pablo He worked on caulking all the windows around the house and he did some filling work on the garage sliding doors You did a good job, but Pablo left his trash around and didn’t pick up after himself so Thomas M and I did that on the third day. It took three days total, but it was two men for two days and one man for a 3/4 of a day actually. Although I’ll probably get charged for a full day, since it went past noon. The labor portion is the most expensive and a little higher than I initially anticipated. So, I was hoping for a quicker turnaround, but overall quality work was completed. I would highly recommend Thomas M as a technician to do future work. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and does a great job. I would hire again but include more details in the contract language."

"Everyone was prompt, polite, and efficient. The Quality Manager set a convenient appointment for a quality review (couple of days after install). He found several minor things. He actually fixed a couple of items and had a crew out to fix the rest of the list two days later. This was a big process with 42 windows being capped or replaced."
