I offered to split the cost; they declined, leaving me with a water heater that now fails inspection. Their contract did not disclose this potential need, which would have changed my review. Instead, they left me with a non-compliant water heater."

Then cut drywall to examine further. * Charged $98 total for dispatch plus half-hour diagnosis, but NO repair done as he explained to me that the leak could only be fixed when it is actually leaking/dripping water so that the fix could be tested. * Tech was punctual, polite, and clean."
