"OP pool repair and leak service was great, they fixed a problem we have been having for over 1 year. We had a leak and other companies could not find it so we thought that was it, We had to live with a leak that required us to fill our pool twice a week which was costing us a lot of money on water and extra chemicals to keep our pool blue. "This company is very professional and runs like clockwork. Each crew has a specialty in the pool renovation process, and the project progresses through each stage. The only problem is when a hurricane comes in the middle of your project! After that delay, the supplier of the pavers got behind in delivery... But when it was all finally done, it was absolutely beautiful. I've never seen my pool look look like a luxury retreat before! I never enjoyed it before because it was old-fashioned and worn. Now it is bright, modern and inviting. At the end I added a new underwater light that changes colors --- outstanding! I highly recommend this company. Their estimate was reasonable, and the add-ons that I wanted were certainly affordable. Every night I go out on the patio and just look at it..."

From my initial meeting with Kevin & throughout the resurfacing process it has been very positive. Kevin is straight forward, provides helpful recommendations & gave a competitive estimate at our initial meeting. The 3 Bluewater Teams (prep, install & 30 day pool water maintenance) did high quality work, good clean up & answered my questions with a smile. Kevin was engaged in all stages to ensure the work met his standards. In addition to the pool resurfacing, pool light/skimmer replacements + a 5x6’ bench seat was added. "I hired the company originally when it was under a different ownership - it was 4Eva Pool. Then it was bought out and became SoFlo. The guys leave stuff like empty chlorine bottles by the pool, leave dirty drag marks on the patio from equipment, don't really clean the pool all that good ( I found grass floating after the supposed service). Once something wasn't closed correctly and it caused my pool to lose about 10 inches of water in 2 days and got everything wet around the equipment because the water was shooting out. In any case - would not recommend this company. They sound nice and probably mean well, but can't handle basic tasks."
