"Empire floors did the best project out of several we hired th S summer. Good communication between salesman, office, installers, and customer. They did what they promised, on schedule, for a fair price. Quality of materials is very good. Workmanship varies. Wood floors by Manuel are very nice - all completed in one day, a very nice surprise. Molding should have been angled at joints, but otherwise good. Tile floor in bathroom was a bit sloppy (by a different installer)."

The bath room remodel we had done hardly couple of years ago was done poorly and was leaking. Maks accommodated our schedule and was transparent on assessing the amount of work based on what was known and the plan to address unknown work which will become evident after demolition.
