HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME HOW PIPES CLOG AND RECOMMWNDED 2 OPTIONS TO DO.: INSTALL A 2 -WAY PIPE TO SEPTIC TANK; I SPECT PIPES FOR APPRIX $2000. OR DO THE ABOVE, THEN FORCE WATER THRU PIPES BY A HYDRO JET WATER SOURCE , WHICH COSTS APPROX $5000. BEING AN ELDERLY WOMAN WITH A BIG DECISION, I CHOSE THE $ 5000 JOB. AFTER SPEAKING TO MY SON,I realized I did not have a chance to explore other companies for quotes and that I may have been high pressured to accept this expensive plumbing job . They were neat and cleaned up each day upon leaving. They checked and rechecked every step of the way to ensure accuracy. Special thanks to Jess and Marco, they are an amazing team. "After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"
