First, there was a problem with getting a building permit (no fault of ours). Todd had an engineer come out and get further measurements and we were told they would be submitted to the city for permit. Needless to say, we have had a hard time getting in touch with Todd and cannot get any information. Here we are three months later and nothing has happened. The last text correspondence was on a Thursday (June 6) and he said he would be in touch with us the following day before 5. Today is June 17, and still have not heard from him. The customer service is terrible and we would not recommend this company to anyone."
