"The work crew and owner were great, friendly and cleaned up the job site well. Only glitches were the long time between quote and install and two requests needed to get the HOA required paperwork in order. When the County Inspector arrived, the needed form was not on site and the manual roll down control was missing. Both were quickly supplied by the owner with one phone call."
