"We needed to renovate our 30-year-old pool surfaces. We had a pebblecrete finish on our pool. We received quotations from 3 different vendors. We could not have been happier with our choice of Coastal Pool Renovations. From our initial contact to pick a new pebbleTec finish and tile to the finished project everyone was here when they said they would be. Coordination of the arrival of materials, personnel and the water truck to fill the pool was exemplary. We received daily project phone call updates and were able to also communicate by text to ask questions we had. Our project took only a day and a half. I am sure this is not the norm but we had a break in the rains and they took advantage of it. We got a new pebbletec finish. new surround tile, highlight tiles on the steps and swim out and a new color changing pool light. When they finished they cleaned up the area, including pressure washing the pool deck. If you didn’t know we had this work done you would never know they were he"

"We purchased a home with a pool in May 2021, the pool was installed by original owner in 2014 and at time of purchase we were told the pool had had no issues whatsoever. Being that the pool was almost 8 years old we knew we were going to have some upcoming expenses. Edgar was the person we turned to and as being new pool owners he took the time to explain what each part did and if it needed to be replaced he explained thoroughly why and was available ALWAYS to answer any of our questions. We have replaced actuators, lites, pool pumps, pool heater, spa jets…you name it our older pool needed it and Edgar was on it. He was on site within hours with every issue we had and was replacing parts either the same day or the next for sure. He even caught some major issues with our tiling on our spa due his years of experience and Extensive knowledge on pools and pointed out we had a potential problem on our hands. Since we fully trusted Edgar and he had never led us astray, we decided to have all the tiling removed on the spa which also required new pebbletec replacement on the entire pool…a very expensive and messy undertaking. But as always Edgar was correct and not only had the wrong tile been used which was shedding glass, we had mold and several soft spots in the pool that would have originally caused a leak. Edgar is the only one we would trust with our pool! He personally comes out to speak with us and explain issues as well as stops in when his crew is doing the work. I wish I had the trust with all of my contractors the way I do with Edgar and his company but at least with our pool…we have peace of mind that Edgar is our guy!!
