"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "A friend recommended them highly, so I called them. They were very prompt to call back after I  left a message for them. They were very polite.
When I told them we wanted an estimate for 30 new windows, they were very happy to talk to me. Then, when I said it was for the church parsonage, the girl stammered a bit. I realized she didn't know what a parsonage was, so I informed her that it was a residence for the pastor owned by the church. She put me on hold. When she came back, she told me they couldn't do a parsonage because it was a commercial property, not a residence. I repeated that a parsonage IS a residence, and asked her why they wouldn't want our business, and she put me on hold. She came back and said their installers were not insured to "do work like that", and politely said she was sorry.
I told thank you and said that we'd have to take our business elsewhere. She thanked me for calling and said good bye.
I found it very odd that they would not consider putting new windows in a parsonage, but, oh well.
At least they were polite.
