Omar Rodriguez the install manager, did an outstanding job coordinating the solar removal and he helped us understand and sign the change orders regarding the solar removal. Leo and crew were very polite and careful with our surrounding shrubbery, he also saved our older solar system which will be repurposed for use in Belize. Angel Martinez, the project manager was very kind, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the entire step by step process of our roof install. "I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company.
