He ended up replacing the water heater and upgrading my system. He was thorough and clearly wanted to make sure that the job was done right. "It went very well. Ross and crew showed up early and did a major repair to all the main bathroom fixtures where a leak was discovered behind the bathtub wall. The work was done in half a day with minimal disruption to the bathroom itself. There was less tearing up than expected and water pressure restoration was a bonus. I would DEFINITELY call this crew again for major plumbing repairs! KUDOS to you and your crew Ross!!"

"Steve was our 3rd estimate and the 1st one who walked in an explained that with the specifics of our home a tankless water heater wasn't the answer. Even though the tank water heater was a less expensive job, he chose what would be best for us over what was best for his bottom line."

"On the price, I don't, but it was also reasonable. They had also installed a water heater like a year before, reasonable. For sure they're a good service provider, any issues I have with the HVAC or my water system, I'll go to them. They clean up behind themselves; I don't have to do much."

"The workmanship was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Wouldn't even know they were here. Billy did an excellent job with the removal and instillation of a new hot water heater. Brought the instillation up to code by adding a drip pan and expansion tank. I have them coming back to replace valves for washing machine and installing shutoff valves."

"Doug arrived right away and was so helpful. Job was done in no time. Would highly recommend and will call again for any plumbing issues in the future!"

"They replaced my water heater. The work was done quickly and with very high quality."

"They are very professional and efficient. They respected my property and did a very good job installing quality water heater. Price charge is fair compared to others. Financing is great, too, with no finance charge if paid in 12 months. I'm very happy with the persons who did the work."

"Bryan serviced our heater, he also told me about the condition of our heater. What it would take to repair it & that the age of the unit would make it too costly to repair. We appreciate your quality work & your advise, thank you."

"The technician, Frank Peterson, was very knowledgeable about my heating system. He got it up and running in short order. There will hopefully be follow up on the needed repairs to keep the system running efficiently."
